Fishing Report – March 22, 2012
Fishing continues to be consistently good with nice fish entering the system everyday and the water is still in great shape. We will be doing trips into May with some great fishing ahead. There hasn’t been much pressure on these prize fish most days with only a few other anglers out there. With Spring officially here the weather should continually get better. Fishing has been steady over the past weeks with some real nice fish coming in. With rain over the past couple days the water has come up a bit but still very fishable. March is always a good month to fish and with no kelts (salmon or steelhead that have spawned) on the way down yet the season should go well into April. Fishing continues on the Stamp River with nice fresh fish coming in. The weather seems to be looking a bit more like spring time. Our season goes in to April and has had good fishing over the past few seasons. Look for daily activities off our Facebook page or sign up for it. We are almost at 200 “likes” and are hoping to break that mark and exceed it. New fishers are always welcome no matter what level of experience you may have.
