How to book your trip:

The first step to planning your fishing adventure is to get in touch with us. Simply give us a call or send us an email using the Contact page on our website. We’ll work with you to reserve the dates that will work for your schedule and provide you with all of the information you need for an amazing experience. All throughout the year there is considerable demand for reserving dates and we have a reservation policy that includes charging a 50% deposit for your trip at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and will place a charge on your card to secure the dates of your trip. At the completion of your trip with West Coast River Charters, the remaining balance is due.

The Cancellation Policy:

Booking a fishing trip is easy but sometimes life gets in the way. If you have to cancel your tip and it is over 30 days from your trip the 50% deposit will be retained by West Coast River Charters. This 50% deposit is non refundable but is transferable to a later date with a one time change. After you have rebooked your trip the remaining balance will be requested in full. If you have to cancel your trip with under 30 days until the date booked the remaining cost of the entire trip will be charged in full.
